During the Week of July 17-21, you should receive the District's Enrollment Letter including an InfoSnap Code which you will need to complete the District Enrollment Process. Student Registration

Fall 2017 CAP Corral (registration & pictures)

ALL students (new AND returning) must complete the District Enrollment process FIRST before registering at Capuchino. InfoSnap codes and instructions were mailed to all families during the week of July 17-21. See www.smuhsd.org for more details.

  • Parent-Student Acknowledgement Form of the Student/Family Handbook (p. 44 of the handbook in English; p. 45 of the handbook in Spanish)

  • Student Health Inventory (only if your child has a serious medical condition & for 9th graders or new students to CHS)⎯p. 35 of  the handbook in English; p. 36 of the handbook in Spanish

  • Check or cash for school items (see p. 37 or p. 38 of the handbook for details)

    • P.E. Uniform

    • Yearbook Order

    • ASB/PAL Sticker

  • Myers Stevens Insurance (if you are not covered through other private insurance) ⎯ form available in our main office

  • School Pictures Order form

  • Check or cash for school donations (see pp. 38-43 or pp. 39-44 for details)


A limited makeup registration will be available from 9-10 am on Friday, 8/11. Students who do not attend registration will not be able to pick up their schedules until the first day of school, Wednesday, 8/16, starting at 7:15 am in the Library. THE MAIN OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY and TUESDAY, 8/14-15, for District Staff Training.

Student Planner Information

All freshman and sophomore students will receive one (1) student planner FREE of charge. These will be distributed during the first week of school by teachers leading their freshmen and sophomore teams.

School Pictures on Registration Day

All students will take a school picture on Registration Day. Students may purchase packages.

Please order online or bring order form (downloadable link below) and payment on Registration Day. Order forms will also be available on Registration Day.
