CONGRATS to STUDENTS in ACTION!

NEW CLUB: Students in Action (Jefferson Awards) recently presented at the Regional Celebration held in Burlingame, CA back in Feb 2017.  There were 31 high schools that presented.  Capuchino won the "Fast Start Winner" award.  Please congratulate the leadership of this club:

Shylo Drenning - co President

Kathy Lin - co President

Emily Vasil - Vice President

Hannah Engel - Secretary

Alaina Keys - Treasurer

Josie McHale - Advisor

Fast Start Winner: Capuchino High School, San Bruno, CA

Capuchino High School earns the Fast Start Award for their enthusiasm and efforts towards fully participating in Students In Action. Recruited by Mills High School, the SIA team quickly embraced the spirit of SIA and after only month in the program, they drove 175 service hours and impacted 375 lives through the meals they served to the homeless. They believe that if they can inspire others through their actions, then more issues can be recognized and resolved.
